STEP AHEAD YOUTH Foundation is a non-profit initiative that empowers Indian youth to serve their country.

Our organization aims to bridge the gap in the education system by providing vocational skill sets that will lead to meaningful employment opportunities.

We assist youth aspirants with; information and preparation for fellowships, internships, and government and social sector opportunities.

We use YouTube as a platform to inform them about different fellowships and have a team of mentors from various fellowships who guide and mentor these aspirants from filling out the forms to completing assignments and preparing for interviews.

So far, we have supported over 12,000 aspirants with information and 6500 aspirants in assignments and interview preparations. Out of these, more than 2500 youth have been selected for different fellowships with our support.

All our support is voluntary and without any cost. We only ask selected candidates to support other aspirants to get through with their experience. We currently have over 100 mentors enrolled.

Our mission at STEP AHEAD YOUTH Foundation is to support 1 lakh youth to connect with such opportunities. To achieve this, we are reaching out to universities and colleges in India and collaborating with them to start special mentorship programs.
